We want to remind you about our exciting initiative, the "Engage for Change" Group program & platform that aimed to fostering employee engagement in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.

As part of this program, each of us has the opportunity to dedicate three days per year to projects with CSR impact. By participating, not only do we contribute to business development and socio-economic progress, but we also align ourselves with our CSR strategy, recognizing it as a powerful driver of employee engagement and organizational success.

The three days off for participation in CSR activities through "Engage for Change" will be granted based on your direct manager's approval. Please submit your requests via HRMS, specifying the name of the CSR activity, and clarify that the reason for the leave is participation in CSR activities.
